Attentive staff ensured a smooth experience, especially with issues like air conditioning being swiftly resolved. The beachfront location provided not just stunning views but easy access to various dining and leisure options, including jet ski rentals right from the sand. While the buffet dining was enjoyable, some meals lacked distinct flair, and the communication challenge with staff could be noticeable at times. The room cleanliness met expectations, but a refresh could enhance the overall ambiance.

the rust in the bathroom was positively charming, if I could ignore the water that went everywhere. also, I expected a welcome gift for dealing with the inconvenience of changing rooms, but it seems that doesn't happen here. honestly, this could have been amazing, but I just couldn’t, due to the overall disarray.

The beach view restaurant offers an incredible dining experience with a menu that had me savoring some of the best Thai food I've tasted, and the breakfast spread was downright luxurious with a wide array of choices from pastries to tropical fruits. The room I stayed in, a Deluxe Family Room, had ample space, and once I found a room without any sewer odor, it felt quite comfortable and suited my needs perfectly.
The place could use some serious refurbishing. on my arrival, I had to deal with a sewer smell in the first two rooms they offered me, which suggested a longstanding issue. The pool is picturesque but small and often overrun, making it feel cramped at times. The overall vibe during busy periods leaned towards chaotic, especially at the pool bar where orders sometimes got mixed up. though I appreciated the spaciousness of the bungalow I was offered as a substitute for the off-limits pool, the notification about that switch arrived only a day before my stay, leaving me with some last-minute scrambling.

Family beach escape recommended
The beach was pristine white sand, perfect for my kids to play. And those happy hours? Man, two a day, the mangoritos were dangerously delicious!
It was a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for, right?

Can recommend for a couple of nights
Delightful room, convenient beach, with a mini fridge stocked with drinks and a lovely outdoor swimming pool that's perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring.
Cannot find any fault.

What I loved most was the beach access right from the resort! 🌊 The cocktails during happy hour were a nice touch too. Only downside was the small pool, but I still had a blast!
